Digital Spark created the launch campaign for Chilipad 2.0, Sleepme’s water-cooled mattress topper. A :30 launch film blends live action with 3D animation, backed by cutdowns for social and connected TV, product photography, and website B-roll. Three disciplines, one production, one launch day.
The brief
Sleepme was relaunching its flagship product with aggressive goals and a hard date. The campaign had to explain what Chilipad 2.0 actually does for sleep, feed ads, social, connected TV, and the website at once, and hold together as one brand story across every size and placement.
The approach
We built the launch as one production. Two days on set at the Digital Spark studio, a film day and a photo day, so every asset matched. 3D animation goes inside the product, showing the water-cooling system at work, and live action brings it back to real sleepers. Voiceover and on-screen text carry the message with the sound on or off, and every cut was delivered broadcast-ready.
The result
Chilipad 2.0 launched on May 19, 2026 with the full package: the launch film, cutdowns across sizes for ads and CTV, product photography, and a B-roll library the Sleepme team keeps drawing on. One shoot, every channel covered.

Common questions
Who created the Chilipad 2.0 launch campaign?
Digital Spark, a creative production house in Charlotte, NC, produced the launch end to end: a :30 film mixing live action with 3D animation, social and CTV cutdowns, product photography, and website B-roll, all from one two-day production.
What is in the Chilipad 2.0 campaign?
A :30 launch film, :15 cutdowns and size variations for ads and connected TV, product photography, and website B-roll. The film pairs live action with 3D animation that shows the water-cooling system inside the product.
Why combine 3D animation with live action?
Chilipad 2.0's story happens inside the product, where water cooling does the work. Animation shows the system in a way a camera cannot, and live action connects it to the feeling of actually sleeping cool.
