Digital Spark created a brand story film for Chesapeake Containment Systems, the Statesville, NC company that installs the geosynthetic systems keeping America’s waste contained. Shot on working sites across multiple states, the film tells the story through the people who do the work.
The brief
Chesapeake operates in waste, power, and industrial markets: work that most people never see and fewer understand. The company wanted its story told honestly. The family culture, the environmental stakes, and the crews on the hillsides doing a job that matters.
The approach
We told the story through employee voices, from the CEO to the crews in the field. A RED Gemini, anamorphic glass, and a drone kept the package light enough to move across steep terrain in multiple states, filming real operations in natural light as they happened.
The result
Chesapeake got a brand film that sounds like its people and looks like its work: honest, grounded, and built around the belief that the environment is everyone's business. It is the company's story, told at eye level with the crews who live it.
